Payment Terms and Conditions:

All new accounts are set up with credit cards for auto-payment and will be charged before laundry is returned. Auto-payment takes the hassle out of collecting money and makes it easier on your side as well.

Wash & Fold Laundry Terms and Conditions:

By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for a standard laundering process.

Pickup & Delivery:

Our goal is to provide a convenient and frictionless service to our customers and are willing to leave orders wherever the customer dictates. However, Fresh & Folded is not responsible for any items if the order was not personally received and personally delivered to and from a Fresh & Folded employee. Fresh & Folded is not responsible for missing items from orders that are picked up or dropped off in an unsecured or unattended location.

Damaged Laundry:

We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately, there are limitations to what we can do. For example, we do our best to check your pockets prior to washing but we can’t be responsible if something left in your laundry (like lipstick, chewing gum, or a pen) causes any damage. We will do our best to find and return items that you accidentally left in your pockets.  But we can’t guarantee that we will find them.

All laundering processes cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, loss of zipper parts, hoodie cords, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any piece of laundry if we think it may cause damage to the item or to our equipment.  This includes heavily soiled items with items such as urine, feces, blood, etc.  It all includes not taking laundry from households with known infections such as virus, bed bugs, etc.

We do not individually examine each individual garment tag prior to placing it in the laundry. Therefore, if something is “dry-clean only,” or otherwise unsuitable for common washing and drying techniques, please do not include it in the laundry you give to us.

We sort your laundry in order to provide the best service possible and we use “color catchers” to prevent bleeding of items.  However, we can’t be held responsible for the re-disposition of colors (aka bleeding) or dimensional changes (aka shrinking or stretching).

Lost Laundry:

We do not assume responsibility for lost laundry.  Because laundry is processed by the load, and not “per item”, we simply have no efficient way of verifying that we received any particular piece of laundry in the first place.

Rest assured though, we have a great track record when it comes to keeping items separate and where they belong.   We have a very robust tracking system for all orders that uses a tagging system for your items from the time they are picked up to the time they are delivered back to you.  We tag all your bags and loads with your name, and that tag travels with your laundry to ensure all items are returned to you.

If you do believe something was damaged or is missing from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothes.  In the case that something is damaged or missing, please use email us to further discuss.

Text Messages:

By creating an Account, you agree that the Services may send you informational text (SMS) messages as part of the normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving text (SMS) messages from Fresh & Folded at any time by sending a request to (we will provide this email to you). You acknowledge that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages may impact your use of the Services.

Minimum Charge Per Order:

Fresh & Folded charges a minimum order price, and it is disclosed on Fresh & Folded price list. The minimum order amount may change from time to time.

Online Communication:

We may provide interactive opportunities in the Services, including, without limitation, user ratings and reviews, saved favourites and saved instructions, (collectively, “Interactive Areas”) for the enjoyment of our users.

You represent and warrant that you are the owner or otherwise have the right to provide any information, comments, reviews, ratings or other materials or content submitted, posted or otherwise transmitted to the Services (“User Content”).
