Not at all! Our service is designed for flexibility — you can use it as needed, or choose bi-weekly or weekly pickup services. There are no long-term commitments or hidden fees.
We understand privacy matters. For those who prefer extra discretion, we offer a white mesh bag available for purchase—your intimates will be washed and dried in the bag, and not viewed or folded by our attendants. Otherwise, all items are always handled with the utmost care, professionalism, and respect.
We bill your credit or debit card directly. We will email you a detained invoice each time your card is billed. You can also receive invoice totals by text.
We have a minimum order of $38.
Weekly and Bi-weekly customers will receive a complimentary laundry bag.
Yes. We send all of our customers email and text reminders 24 hours before scheduled pickups.

Yes! We specialize in comforters, quilts, and horse blankets, cleaned with professional-grade equipment and handled with special care. Each large item is washed separately and returned in clean, organized packaging.
Yes, we do. Please try to pretreat if possible, it increases the odds of success. Please place all stained clothing in a “special attention” bag and let us know by including a note in the bag or on your laundry profile and we will do our best to get it out. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get every stain out.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards.
We do our best to check pockets. However, you are responsible for making sure all items are removed. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged. Items like pens, lipstick and gum etc. can damage clothing.
Many customers have us leave their laundry on their front porch or desired location if they are not home.
When the weather’s bad we double-bag your laundry to make sure it’s protected from the elements. We always do our best to protect your laundry however, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather after it’s dropped off at your home. Please review terms and conditions for more details.
We wash your clothes with your preferred detergent, softener and dryer sheets in our commercial, high efficiency machines. If alternative processing for your clothes is desired, please let us know.
We believe that your laundry isn’t really ‘All Done’ until it’s folded and put away. While we can’t tuck it into your drawers for you, we promise to wash, dry, and fold your clothes with the same love and attention as if we did.
